Since I was 12 I've been focused the question of soul. There seemed to be something beyond the tasks of daily functioning that called to me. The journey to understanding this voice has created a solid understanding of soulful living from multiple perspectives. It is my honour and deepest desire to share what I have learned with others. The primary way that I do this is through yoga, personal therapy, the Enneagram and other perennial philosophies and wisdom traditions. Please see below for the description of my offerings.
I have taught yoga in Alberta, Canada for 18 years. Her approach to yoga integrates a focus on the whole person rather than just the physical. Expect to connect to body, heart and soul through mindful movement, conscious breath and the very best of body-centered psychology woven through each class. Classes are anywhere from 5 to 90 minutes long with a large range of difficulty level to meet your needs. Classes include a focus on reducing stress and increasing connection to yourself and life.

Pamela has taught workshops, classes and retreats with a spiritual focus for over a decade. What is the Enneagram?
The enneagram is a tool for understanding how our personal tendencies keep us from realizing our deeper nature. We can get trapped in stress and reactivity which prevents us from our greater capacities for love, meaning and purpose. The enneagram helps us to identify where we get stuck by exploring 9 personality patterns that we get lost in and how to become liberated from them. I have studied the enneagram with some of Canada's top teachers for 20 years and have been teaching the content for over a decade.
What is Transpersonal Psychology?
Transpersonal is a descriptor for what lays beyond our mundane daily living. While I still practice all facets of mainstream psychology which focuses on cognition, emotion management and behavioural transformation I am particularly fond of working with larger themes such as meaning, purpose, soul and identity. My experience as a clinician is that people are best served by a holistic perspective that includes connection to something bigger than just "managing" their lives. I seek to help people align with who they really are and live authentically. This authentic living can help alleviate the psychological symptoms they came in with.
